Maggie Social Robot is a research robotic platform used for human-robot interaction related to healthcare, education and entertainment.

Description

I released some of the components developed for this SIR in the official GitHub account of the Social Robots Group (RoboticsLab) from the UC3M (Open Source license).

I have done the ROS documentation with a complete description of the robotic architecture of the socially interactive robot Maggie. Including all components from drivers, devices and high-level skills developed in the architecture.

About

Raúl has a more than 8-year R&D experience in software and robotics development, working with the most advanced social and humanoid robots out there. He is mainly working on software engineering and machine learning applied to service robotics. His deep knowledge of many programming languages as well as machine learning framework has been mainly used for project management, robotics architecture development, and artificial intelligence.
